| (1) | These Regulations are called the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Regulations, 2025 and— |
| (a) | The regulations made in terms of paragraphs (a) of the enabling provision shall, come into operation on 1 December 2025. |
| (b) | The regulations made in terms of paragraph (b) of the enabling provision shall come into operation the on 1 December 2025, except regulation 20 which shall come into operation on 1 September 2026. |
