I, BARBARA DALLAS CREECY, the Minister of Transport has,—

 

(a) in terms of section 34 of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998 (Act No. 46 of 1998), made regulations 1(1) to 15, 17 to 19, 21 to 41(1) and Schedule 1 and paragraphs 3 to 9 of Schedule 2, in the Schedule hereto; and

 

(b) in terms of section 29 of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998 (Act No. 46 of 1998), acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services and the Members of an Executive Council of each province appointed in terms of section 132 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa and who is responsible for road traffic matters of each province, made regulations 1(2), 1(3) 1(4), 16, 20, 41(2), paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 2, and Schedule 3 in the Schedule hereto.
