6. Instant tea (soluble tea extract)

Instant tea (soluble tea extract)—

 

(a) shall consist of the dried soluble solids obtained by spray drying or freeze drying the water extraction of the categories of tea referred to in regulation 5;
(b) shall be in the powder or granule form; and
(c) may contain food additives.
