13. Coffee and chicory essence (liquid coffee and chicory extract/concentrate)

Coffee and chicory essence shall consist of the concentrated essence or liquid extract obtained from the coffee and chicory mixture referred to in regulation 12, with or without the addition of glycerol and/or sugar.
