5. Appeals (local, import and export)

(1)An appeal referred to in Section 10 of the Act may be lodged in the manner prescribed in the regulations regarding appeal procedures as published in the Government Gazette.

 

(2)The amount specified in column 2 of Table 4 or Table 5, as the case may be, opposite the function concerned shall be payable in respect of each appeal lodged.
