3. Payment of appeal fees

(1)An appellant shall pay the applicable prescribed appeal fee concerned as published in the Government Gazette.

 

(2)The prescribed fee shall be paid—
(a)either at any office of the Department or at the office of the Executive Officer; or
(b)by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Department's bank account.
