The Executive Officer shall—
| (a) | be competent with the necessary expertise to carry oversight role to the assignee; |
| (b) | provide monitoring of the assignee's requirements as set out in regulation 7(1) (a) to (g); |
| (c) | ensure that all findings are resolved promptly; and |
| (d) | maintain a record-keeping system of the monitoring conducted to the assignee. |
