Part IV : Marking Requirements

16. Indicating the appropriate grade declaration

The appropriate grade declaration shall be indicated on each container of table olives: Provided that—

 

(a) the expression Extra Choice Grade may be substituted by the expression “Fancy Grade” or “A Grade”;

 

(b) the expression Choice Grade may be substituted by the expression “First Grade”, “Select Grade” or “B Grade”; and

 

(c) the expression Standard Grade may be substituted by the expression “Second Grade” or “C grade”.
