Cattle may be slaughtered for own use or own consumption or for cultural or religious purposes, on the following conditions:
| (1) | Cattle must be slaughtered on the same premises where they were kept prior to slaughter and only the meat may be moved to the destination. |
| (2) | No meat or animal product obtained from an animal slaughtered for own consumption may be sold to any person. |
