Animal Improvement Act, 1998 (Act No. 62 of 1998)

No person can use a declaration issued in terms of the Scheme, in connection with the advertising of sale of the animals in respect of which it was issued, in a manner which implies or purport to imply that the animals concerned are free from any genetic defects at the time of such advertisement or sale.
