11. Application of Act to Prince Edward Islands

Where, by virtue of the definition of "Antarctica", a treaty is applicable to the Prince Edward Islands, referred to in section 1 of the Prince Edward Islands Act, 1948 (Act No. 43 of 1948), this Act shall also apply to those islands.
