Antarctic Treaties Act, 1996 (Act No. 60 of 1996)

The Minister may on such conditions as he or she may deem fit, delegate or assign any power or duty conferred upon or assigned to him or her by this Act, excluding the power to make regulations, to any officer or employee of the Department.
