Assessment of Damages Act, 1969 (Act No. 9 of 1969)

To amend the law relating to the assessment of damages for loss of support as a result of a person's death.

BE IT ENACTED by the State President, the Senate and the House of Assembly of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:—
