10. Withdrawal of declaration of, or exclusion of part from, central astronomy advantage area

(1)The Minister may by notice in the Gazette—
(a)withdraw the declaration, issued under section 9, of an area as a central astronomy advantage area or as part of an existing central astronomy advantage area; or
(b)exclude any part of an existing central astronomy advantage area from the area.

 

(2)The withdrawal or exclusion can only be done where the purpose of the declaration as provided for in section 9(2)(b) or (c) is no longer necessary.
