EXAMINATION REGULATIONS

 

 

REPEAL OF THE EXAMINATION REGULATIONS MADE UNDER THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS' AND AUDITORS' ACT, 80 OF 1991 AND ADOPTION OF NEW EXAMINATION REGULATIONS EFFECTIVE FROM 07 AUGUST 2009

 

The IRBA resolves under section 10(1) of the Auditing Profession Act, 26 of 2005 ("the Act") to—

(i)the repeal of the Examination Regulations referred to in section 59(8)(a) of the Act; and
(ii)the prescription by the IRBA of the following Examination Regulations.
