Auditor-General Act, 1995 (Act No. 12 of 1995)

The Deputy Auditor-General shall subject to his or her duties as accounting officer and Head of the Office in terms of the Audit Arrangements Act, with regard to matters referred to in sections 3, 4 and 5, carry out the instructions given to him or her from time to time by the Auditor-General.
