Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990)

Any return or other document to be furnished to the Authority by a bank or controlling company in terms of a requirement of this Act, shall be certified as correct by the chief executive officer and, in the case of such a return, also by the chief accounting officer of the bank or controlling company and be endorsed by such chief executive officer with the date on which it is so certified.
