Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990)

To provide for the regulation and supervision of the business of public companies taking deposits from the public; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the State President and the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:—
