The ranks of officers, in order of superiority, are—

 

(a) Commissioner;

 

(b) Deputy Commissioners;

 

(c) Assistant Commissioners;

 

(d) Deputy Assistant Commissioners;

 

(e) Senior Commandants

 

(f) Commandants;

 

(g) Deputy Commandants

 

(h) Assistant Commandants;

 

(i) Chief border law enforcement officers;

 

(j) Senior border law enforcement officers;

 

(k) Border law enforcement officers; and

 

(l) Junior border law enforcement officers.
