5. Recognition of Sale of Assets, Equity Instruments and Business

5.1A Seller seeking recognition of a Transaction in its Ownership Scorecard must determine that recognition under paragraph 4 in compliance with paragraph 2.3 of statement 000:
5.1.1For the first three years after the transaction, based on data current on date of measurement;
5.1.2For each year thereafter, based on:
5.1.2.1The Indicator Percentages at the date of measurement; and
5.1.2.2The values of the Qualifying Transaction and benefit to the Seller at the date of measurement in the third year after the transaction.
