7.1The MAC SA shall hold a duly constituted meeting at least biannually in pursuance of its mandate. A special meeting may be convened if at least a third of voting members give their consent to the chairperson.

 

7.2Every MAC SA meeting will be conducted in accordance with MAC SA's adopted rules and procedures. A quorum at a duly constituted meeting will be achieved when 50% of voting members are present.
