3. Constitution of the MAC Charter Council

11. Disqualification

11.1A member will be disqualified from serving on the council if he/she:

 

11.1.1ceases to represent his/her stakeholders;

 

11.1.2becomes an unrehabilitated insolvent;

 

11.1.3is convicted of a crime and sentenced to more than six months' imprisonment and having to serve without the option of a fine;

 

11.1.4contravenes and or violates the provisions of the MAC Transformation Charter.

 

11.2A stakeholder will be disqualified if found to have violated the provisions of the MAC Charter Council's Constitution.
