13. Dissolution

13.1The council can only be dissolved if 60% of voting members give their consent at a duly constituted council meeting.

 

13.2A meeting to discuss the dissolution of the council must be attended by 80% of voting members.

 

13.3At least 21 days' notice must be given to all council members.

 

13.4Any assets will be ceded to the MDDA.
