8.1The MAC Charter Council shall hold a duly constituted meeting every three months in pursuance of its mandate. A special meeting may be convened if a third of the voting members give their consent to the chairperson.

 

8.2Every MAC Charter Council meeting will be conducted in accordance with the council's adopted rules and procedures. A quorum at a duly constituted meeting will be achieved when 50% of voting members are present.
