In various elements of the Financial Sector Code, various criteria appear that advance the interests of certain categories of Black People. These include:

 

9.1Black Women and Broad-Based Groupings for the Ownership, Management Control, Employment Equity and Skills Development Elements of the Scorecard;

 

9.2Black People with disabilities for the Employment Equity and Skills Development Elements of the Scorecard; and

 

9.3Broad-Based Groupings, including Employees, Communities and Cooperatives for the Ownership, Access to Financial Services and Socio-Economic Elements.
