10.1Net value reflects the economic value of Ownership Rights after taking into account the carrying value of any acquisition debt.

 

10.1.1Points are awarded in accordance with the formula in Annexe 100(C). The formula reflects that all acquisition debt should be extinguished within nine (9) years of the acquisition of Equity Interests by participants in order to score full points.
