9. Fees

(1)The Commission may not charge a fee to any person for filing a complaint.

 

(2)The Commission may charge reasonable fees for services rendered by its office consistent with the Act and these Regulations.

 

(3)The Commission must publish a schedule of fees by notice in the Gazette, after consultation with the Minister.
