(1) | An authorised person or an employee with the written authorisation of the airport or heliport manager or the person in control of the aviation facility, as the case may be, may, if he or she considers it necessary in the interests of security, call upon any person at, in or upon any airport, heliport or air navigation facility to furnish him or her with his or her full names and address. |
(2) | Any person who fails to furnish his or her full names and address or who furnishes false or incorrect information, is guilty of an offence and on conviction liable to a fine or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days or to both such fine and imprisonment |
