127.01.3 Passenger intoxication and unruly behaviour

(1) An operator shall not permit , a person to enter or be in a helicopter while under the influence of alcohol or a drug having a narcotic effect, to the extent where the safety of such helicopter or its occupants is, or is likely to be, endangered.

 

(2)The operator shall establish procedures to ensure that any person referred to in subregulation (1) is—
(a)refused embarkation; or
(b)if such person is on board, restrained or disembarked.

 

(3)Each passenger on board a helicopter shall obey any command issued by a crew member in the performance of his or her duties.
