(1) | An applicant for the issuance of an AOC shall permit an authorised officer, inspector, or authorised person to carry out such safety and security inspections and audits which may be necessary to verify the validity of information relating to an application. |
(2) | A holder of an AOC shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such safety and security inspections and audits as may be necessary to determine compliance with the appropriate requirements prescribed in this Part. |
(3) | Non-compliance or findings determined by safety and security inspections or audits shall be categorised as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 127. |
