(1) | An applicant for the issuing of an AMO approval shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to verify the validity of any application made in terms of this Part. |
(2) | A holder of an AMO approval shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to determine compliance with the appropriate requirements prescribed in this Part. |
(3) | Any non-compliance or findings determined as a result of safety inspection or audits referred to in subregulations (1) and (2) shall be categorised as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 145. |
