21.02.6 Statements of conformity

An applicant, for the issuing of a type certificateor an amendment thereof, presenting a product to the Director for the tests referred to in regulation 21.02.5(2), shall provide the Director with a statement of conformity stating that—

(a)the applicant has complied with the requirements referred to in regulation 21.02.5(1)(c), (d) and (e); and
(b)the product complies with the applicable type design.
