| ( 1) | A person shall not make or cause to be made any false or fraudulent entry in any record, which is required to be made, kept, or used to show compliance with any requirement prescribed in this Part. |
| (2) | Records or reports made in terms of this Part shall be prohibited from reproduction or alterations unless it is justifiable to do so. |
