61.18.5 Period of validity for an FSTD Instructor Authorisation

An FSTD Instructor Authorisation shall be valid for a period of three years calculated—

(a) from the date of issue or re-issue of the Authorisation; or
(b) from the date of expiry of the Authorisation if such Authorisation is revalidated.
