66.01.13 Register of DE's

(1)The Director shall maintain a register of all DE's.

 

(2)The register referred to in subregulation (1) shall contain the following details—
(a)name;
(b)category and privileges of the designation or approval;
(c)licences and ratings held; and
(d)expiry date.
