72.01.7 Logging of flight time

(1) A holder of an RPL shall maintain a pilot logbook with records of the following:
(a) flight time
(b) instrument time;
(c) simulation time; and
(d) instruction time.

 

(2) If a holder of an RPL utilises an electronic logbook, he or she shall print and file the electronic data every 90 days.

 

(3) A holder of an RPL shall retain a pilot logbook for at least 60 months from the date that he or she ceases to hold a valid RPL.

 

(4) A holder of an RPL shall produce a logbook for inspection upon request by an authorised officer, inspector, or authorised person.
