(1)A CAO required to establish a fatigue risk management system shall draw up a fatigue risk management system manual containing all the information required under this Part.

 

(2)A fatigue risk management system manual referred to in subregulation (1) shall be incorporated in an operations manual and shall meet the requirements as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 93.
