96.04.5 Safety inspections and audits

(1)An applicant for an operating certificate shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to verify the validity of an application made in terms of regulation 96.04.2.

 

(2)The holder of an operating certificate shall permit an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to determine compliance with the appropriate requirements prescribed in this part.

 

(3) Non compliances or findings identified through safety inspections and audits shall be categorised as prescribed in Document SA CATS 96.
