Close Corporations Act, 1984 (Act No. 69 of 1984)

To provide for the formation, registration, incorporation, management, control and liquidation of close corporations; and for matters connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the State President and the House of Assembly of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:—
