I, Kent Diederich Skelton Durr, Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby, on behalf of the Minister of Trade and Industry, by virtue of the powers vested in him by section 10 of the Close Corporations Act, 1984 (Act No. 69 of 1984), make the regulations contained in the Schedule.
