The National Small Enterprise Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 21 of 2024) has updated and made Amendments to this Act as per Notice No. 5049, GG50965, dated 23 July 2024 - effective 1 October 2024.
The Co-operatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005) has been amended to include the Principles of Good Governance for Co-operatives, Government Gazette 42408, Notice No. R. 594, dated 18 April 2019.
