8. Order of evidence of a witness

8.1 The order or sequence in which witnesses will be called before the Commission will be subject to the discretion of the Chairperson.

 

8.2The Chairperson may, in his discretion, direct the cross-examination of a witness by an implicated person or his legal representative to take place after the Commission’s Legal Team and the Chairperson have exhausted their respective questions to the witness.
