Communal Land Rights Act, 2004 (Act No. 11 of 2004)

Communal land to which the KwaZulu-Natal Ingonyama Trust Act, 1994 (Act No. 3 KZ of 1994), applies is, from the date of commencement of this Act, governed by the provisions of that Act as amended by this Act and, to the extent provided for in this Chapter, by the provisions of this Act.
