46. Amendment and repeal of laws

1)The laws mentioned in the Schedule are amended or repealed to the extent set out in the third column of the Schedule.

 

2)Any law which regulates an old order right and which-
a)is not mentioned in the Schedule; and
b)is not in conflict with this Act,

remains in force until repealed by a competent: authority.
