1) | A company shall send to every member at his request and on payment of an amount of fifty cents or such lesser amount as the company may determine, a copy of its memorandum and of its articles, or shall, if so requested, afford to a member or his duly authorised agent adequate facilities for making a copy of such memorandum and articles. |
2) | Any company which fails to comply with any request under subsection (1), shall be guilty of an offence. |
