67. Members' rights to copies of memorandum and articles

1)A company shall send to every member at his request and on payment of an amount of fifty cents or such lesser amount as the company may determine, a copy of its memorandum and of its articles, or shall, if so requested, afford to a member or his duly authorised agent adequate facilities for making a copy of such memorandum and articles.

 

2)Any company which fails to comply with any request under subsection (1), shall be guilty of an offence.
