Companies Administrative Regulations, 1973

1)	An application under section 148A of the Act to omit information required by section 148 must:

a)	identify the information concerned; and

b)	be supported by a full motivation.

2)	The prescribed fee set out in item 58 of Schedule 1 shall be payable in respect of such application.
