54)The information required to be stated in a prospectus shall be set out in print or type and shall not be less conspicuous than that in which any additional matter is printed or typed and shall be set out in separate paragraphs under the headings included in this Schedule.

 

55)A prospectus shall deal with each of the applicable paragraphs of this Schedule under its prescribed heading but not necessarily in the same order, and shall in each case by means of a number in brackets, or otherwise, refer to the number of the paragraph of this Schedule. In the last paragraph of the prospectus under the heading--"Paragraphs of Schedule 3 which are not applicable"--the numbers of the paragraphs of this Schedule which are not applicable shall be stated.

 

56)As far as possible the general matter of a prospectus shall be presented in narrative form and statistical matter in tabular form.
