10. Costs and Charges

1)All costs and charges incurred and all advances made by the Master on account of a company in liquidation and all costs and charges incurred by the Master in connection with a company under judicial management shall, subject to the order of the court, be costs in the winding-up or judicial management, as the case may be, of the company.
