Note: The Commissioner will only consider payment i.r.o. splinting material (Scotschcast, Dynacast, etc.) in the following cases (not applicable when Planter of Paris is used):

 

Where extremity splints are applied for at least five weeks:

A maximum of one application for an upper extremity injury
