PROSTHETICS TARIFF OF FEES AS FROM 1 APRIL 2024 (PRACTICE 87 & 90)

Lower limb prosthetics:

CAT 1 & 2 componentry : stainless steel

CAT 3 & 4 componentry : titanium or composite

Rules:

Reimbursement rate includes the cost of any material kits used during any of the manufacturing stages

Cosmetic covers should be quoted separately for both NEW and REFIT prosthesis

No repairs may be charged to CF within 24 months of manufacturing

All definitive sockets needs to be reinforced with carbon fiber
